Made from a medical grade thermoplastic elastomer, I-GEL has been designed to create a non-inflatable, anatomical seal of the pharyngeal, laryngeal and perilaryngeal structures while avoiding compression trauma. I-GEL is designed for use in securing and maintaining a patient airway in routine and emergency anesthetics for operations of fasted patients during spontaneous or intermittent positive pressure ventilation (IPPV). It is available in three adult and four pediatric sizes and is supplied in an innovative, color-coded polypropylene protective cradle. Intersurgical® EcoLite™ Medium Concentration Oxygen Masks feature a unique design and materials to provide improved patient comfort and a reduced environmental impact. The latest manufacturing technology combines two non-PVC materials in the same product, the polypropylene material forming the body of the Intersurgical EcoLite™ mask is clear, lightweight and rigid enough to maintain the masks shape, while the second softer TPE material is utilized in the seal, which is in contact with the patients face. The Intersurgical® EcoLite™ range features an extra chin section incorporating two integral seals ensuring the mask fits a wide range of face shapes. The masks are designed with an elastic that can be fitted either above or below the patient's ear depending on the patient's face shape. The design allows the adjustment of deadspace from 20ml to 40ml (code 3504: 15-36ml) and the adjustment of length from 70mm to 150mm, excluding connectors (code 3504) for total control.
