Made from a medical grade thermoplastic elastomer, I-GEL has been designed to create a non-inflatable, anatomical seal of the pharyngeal, laryngeal and perilaryngeal structures while avoiding compression trauma. I-GEL is designed for use in securing and maintaining a patient airway in routine and emergency anesthetics for operations of fasted patients during spontaneous or intermittent positive pressure ventilation (IPPV). It is available in three adult and four pediatric sizes and is supplied in an innovative, color-coded polypropylene protective cradle. Designed to position our breathing systems efficiently and comfortably around the patient area whilst providing a safe and tidy environment, whilst reducing the risk of disconnection and patient trauma. A simple solution to a common problem. Our ergonomically designed tube support is a neat way of securely holding a breathing system close to the patient. The tube support efficiently holds in place 10 and 15mm tubes with a smaller groove to grip monitoring lines and cables. The flexible neck is easily positioned to take the strain of the breathing system away from the patient.
