The Posey Cufflator Endotracheal Tube Inflator and Manometer is designed to only be used on tracheal tubes with high-volume, low-pressure cuffs.

- Helps to eliminate the need for syringes, electricity, or complicated connections required to check cuff pressure
- Deflates and inflates high-volume, low-pressure endotracheal or tracheal cuffs
- Air vent button and inflator bulb adjust cuff pressure quickly and easily
- Gauge shows recommended pressure range in cm H2O
- Serves as an alternative to other methods that are required to check cuff pressure
