Quick Start Instructions for Use

Insert the mouthpiece into the Therapy Selector

Inhale deeply through your nose, then hold your breath for 2 to 3 seconds

Exhale through the VibraPEP for 3-4 seconds

Repeat this process for 15 breaths or as instructed by your healthcare provider

Perform 2 to 3 huff coughs to clear the airway

Easy-to-Clean, Dishwasher-Safe

You may clean your VibraPEP^® either by hand-washing, placing it in boiling water for 10 minutes or washing the parts in a basket on the top rack of your dishwasher. Let the parts dry overnight. See your instruction booklet for details.
