INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO TRI-ANIM
Personal information we collect from you may include:
- Contact Information: such as your name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
- Account and Login Information: such as your username, password, security questions, and basic details about your account. Some forms on the Website may require you to provide certain information in order to submit the form. You may elect to not provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing features on the Website.
- Payment Information: In order to access some of our services or purchase our products, you may also be required to provide us with payment information, including credit card number, billing address, shipping address, and other information necessary to complete a purchase. We use a third-party payment processor to collect this information. Unless you otherwise authorize Tri-anim to do so, Tri-anim does not store payment card information after it has been processed for order fulfillment purposes.

- Sensory Information: Audio, electronic, visual or similar information, including photographs and CCTV footage.

We will use the information provided in a request solely to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
CALIFORNIA SHINE THE LIGHT LAW
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our customers who are California residents to request a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the last calendar year and the names and addresses of any such third parties. We currently do not, and have not in the preceding calendar year, disclosed any personal information with third parties for their independent direct marketing purposes.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Should you choose not to receive promotional emails from Bound Tree or any of its affiliate entities listed above, you may opt out of receiving additional promotional email communications by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. You may also contact us directly at privacy@tri-anim.com. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may continue to send you non-promotional emails, such as those related to your orders or product inquiries.
SECURITY
Tri-anim takes measures that are designed to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. You should be aware, however, that "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet, and there is always the risk that unauthorized persons may access or use your personal information. We will not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the disclosure of your personal information. You use our Website and send us such information at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY RIGHTS
The Website is not intended for, nor targeted to, children under 13. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have received information directly from a child who is under the age of 13, we will delete the information in accordance with applicable law.
INFORMATION FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

We collect (and in the past 12 months may have collected) the following categories of personal information: identifiers, commercial information, internet and electronic network activity, inferences, sensory information (i.e. audio, electronic, visual, thermal, and similar information) and other categories of personal information that relate to or are reasonably capable of being associated with you. - "Sharing" and "Selling" Personal Information: As outlined in "How We Disclose Your Information" above, Tri-anim uses certain Tracking Technologies such as Google Analytics. Since the retention of analytics data of the Website by any third party analytics service provider may impact the price of such analytics services for Tri-anim, it may be deemed a "sale" of personal information under CCPA. You have the right to opt out of this type of disclosure of your personal information to third parties and we have provided opportunities on the Website for you to exercise this right including a link that says "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" on our homepage (available here) and a further link in the "Questions or Concerns" section of this Notice. Upon request, we are able to provide details of the categories of personal information we have "sold" to or "shared" (as these terms are defined in CCPA) with third parties, as further explained in the "Your Privacy Rights" section below. In the past 12 months, these categories of personal information typically only included Internet or other similar network activity data and geolocation data obtained through the Website. We also do not have actual knowledge that we "sell" or "share" (as these terms are defined in CCPA) or personal information of consumers under age 16..
- Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in Section 7027(m) of the CCPA Regulations.

- Your Privacy Rights as a California Resident: Subject to certain limitations (including but not limited to our compliance with U.S. state, local and non-U.S. laws, rules, and regulations), California consumers have the right to (1) opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, (2) request to know more about the categories and pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose, as well as the sources from which the personal information is collected and the purposes for collecting such personal information, (3) request deletion of your personal information, (4) request correction of any inaccurate personal information, and (5) not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, including an individual’s right not to be retaliated against for the exercise of their CCPA rights.
California consumers or their authorized agents may make such a request by contacting us through any of the means described in the "Questions or Concerns" section. We will notify you in writing if we cannot comply with a specific request and provide an explanation of the reasons.
We will contact you to confirm receipt of your request under the CCPA and request any additional information necessary to verify your request. We verify requests by matching information provided in connection with your request to information contained in our records. Depending on the sensitivity of the request and the varying levels of risk in responding to such requests (e.g., the risk of responding to fraudulent or malicious requests), we may request further information such as login access credentials, if applicable, to verify your request. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf if you provide a signed agreement verifying such authorized agent’s authority to make requests on your behalf, and we may verify such authorized person’s identity using the procedures above.

Tri-anim reserves the right to change this Notice at any time. The revised Notice will be effective at the time of posting to the Website.
